VF Corporation Labs

VF Corporation had a vision for their new office and lab space, and Saunders partnered with the design teams to build their vision.

The VF Corporation Labs project was a 67,000-square-foot tenant improvement, which included new office space and a laboratory level, as well as an addition of a mezzanine level and circulation stairs between floors, MEP upgrades and low voltage systems.

The basement houses a state-of-the-art textile prototype testing lab, as well as a wet lab and dry lab. It also holds a full security command center.

The main floor includes 11 distinct product showrooms for each of VF Corporations’s main brands, as well as photo studios and conferencing spaces, a lounge area and a canteen that includes a coffee bar, communal kitchen and dining area for staff.

Saunders added the mezzanine level and a connecting stairway to the existing core and shell building to add a 5,000-square-foot open office space with small conference rooms.
