Ten West Greeley Apartments

Saunders Commercial Development Company (SCDC) developed the Ten West Greeley Apartments in Greeley, Colo.

The project, which is situated on 10 acres near the intersection of W 10^th St. and 69^th Ave., offers residents the perfect blend of convenience, approachable luxury and Colorado outdoor living. Ten West includes 264 open floor plan units, averaging 882 square feet, in rental options from studio to three-bedrooms — all with modern finishes. The building was completed through Xcel Energy’s Design Assistance program for energy-efficient design. Amenities range from a 24-hour fitness center and community clubhouse, to a relaxing pool with an outdoor kitchen and fire pits. Construction of the project was completed by Shaw Construction.

Ten West was sold in November 2021. SCDC’s market research and planning, along with early construction completion and high market demand enabled the successful sale of the commercial property.
