Roots Elementary School

Roots Elementary was a self-funded project that made a big impact on the Park Hill community.

Saunders completed Phase 1 of this project, which included 22,000-square-feet of space, large enough to hold 300 students to serve their needs through the 2018 school year. Saunders supported Roots in a groundbreaking event for the Holly Square community. This design-build project was a true testament to Saunders’ ability to effectively collaborate with owners and design teams on projects that have strict available budgets.
