Rendezvous Trails Apartments

Saunders delivered this new housing complex with 30% affordable and attainable housing units prioritized for employees of the Colorado State Univeristy.

Saunders partnered with Tetrad Real Estate, the City of Fort Collins, Timberline Church and Colorado State University to construct this apartment complex. The 140,000-square-foot, seven-building, 180-unit project provides 60 affordable and attainable housing units prioritized for employees of the university. The rest were released at the standard market rate. Residents began moving in in January 2024, and move-in continued in a staged process as the buildings were finished.

This project aims to change the landscape of the affordable housing market in Fort Collins after the area has grown in population and the median price of a home has made it difficult to afford to live in Fort Collins.
