OCR Greeley Clinic

The new 46,934-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility allows OCR to provide expanded clinical and physical therapy care for an expanding regional patient volume in northern Colorado.

Saunders was awarded the Orthopaedic and Spine Center of the Rockies (OCR) new Greeley clinic through a CM/GC negotiated process. Construction on the ground-up facility began in January 2023, and was set to be complete in May 2024 — however, the project was delivered two months ahead of schedule and under budget.
