Read More →The first tenant finish is a Neuromodulation suite that includes Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) treatment and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatment. It was designed as a B-Occupancy Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and is licensed by the state as such. The second tenant finish is a partial hospitalization program (PHP) for adults with a primary diagnosis of mood and anxiety disorders. The ASC suite is separated from the PHP area and the remainder of the building by one-hour fire-rated construction. The PHP suite is licensed as outpatient B-Occupancy use under Eating Recovery Center’s Psychiatric Hospital Campus license at the Lowry campus.
The expanded program spaces supports up to 16 slots for the Adult Mood and Anxiety Program (MAP). Programmed spaces includes lobby and waiting area, group meeting rooms, dining room, art therapy room, patient toilets, staff offices, an ECT procedure room, two TMS rooms, preparation/recovery bays, nurse station, and associated patient and staff support areas.
