DaVita World Headquarters

The DaVita World Headquarters is not an office of the past where employees aimlessly enter a blank office building adorned with rows of tan desks and black chairs. It is an office of the future providing a whole new way of approaching a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.

A 250,000-square-foot, Class A office building and parking garage accommodates 950 DaVita teammates; the offices are designed and built to be a “home away from home.” To promote a pleasing work environment, additional features include: rooftop exterior terraces, three interior seasonal gardens, three water features, workout room, top level marketplace, community spaces, large employee training area and student union. In addition, the top floor and corners are devoted as employee spaces, not private offices.

Built on a brownfield site, the building is a vital component to the redevelopment of the Central Platte Valley near the Millennium Bridge and provides teammates ample access to public transportation. This facility received LEED Gold certification.
