Colorado State University Nancy Richardson Design Center

Partnered with OZ Architecture, Saunders completed Colorado State University's (CSU) Nancy Richardson Design Center (RDC) for the 2019 Spring semester.

Saunders partnered with Oz Architecture as the Design-Builder for this new facility located adjacent to CSU’s new on-campus stadium. The uniquely designed building is a 45,000-square-foot, three-story building sited off axis to differentiate itself from other campus buildings, and to create outdoor spaces to serve different functions.

The center houses multiple disciplines within CSU’s design programs offering cutting-edge technology and inspiring spaces that promote collaboration and encourage professional development. RDC is designed to be an innovative hub for design-thinking and entrepreneurship.
