Castle Rock Adventist Hospital Medical Office Building

The Town of Castle Rock is the one of the highest ranked communities for population growth in Colorado. With more people, comes more demand for vital healthcare services.

In February 2022, Saunders started construction on a three-story, 70,000-square-foot new medical office building (MOB). It is built adjacent to the operational Castle Rock Adventist Hospital. The new MOB has two operating rooms, two shelled operating rooms, two procedure rooms, and 14 pre-operative holding rooms surrounding the two nurses’ stations on both sides of the building on the first floor. Additional space will be dedicated to medical oncology services including radiation therapy, chemotherapy, and a clinic for patients to visit with their medical oncologist. There will also be a demonstration kitchen where patients can learn firsthand new recipes during treatment and incorporate vital nutrients for a healthier lifestyle. In addition, new facility includes a connecting hallway to the pre-existing hospital and two floors of tenant improvement space for other healthcare offices.
