Read More →The project is located on a 35-acre site with three existing office buildings of approximately 600,000-square-feet total. The 6-story buildings were originally constructed by Saunders Construction in 1999, 2000 and 2001.
The project included updating the exteriors of all three buildings as well as the build-out of the lobby spaces and common bathrooms. The project also included sustainability-focused upgrades including new, energy-efficient mechanical and electrical stems as well as low-flow water fixtures throughout. The new Amenity spaces and common areas are being designed with the goal to meet a FitWel certification.
Saunders was also contracted to complete the tenant interiors for a Fortune 100 company.
