Good Samaritan Medical Center

This 551,000-square-foot state-of-the-art hospital was constructed via a joint venture relationship in approximately 26 months. The initial phase of the 74-acre, multiple owner campus included the main 166-bed, five-floor hospital, an adjacent diagnostic and treatment facility, two medical office buildings totaling approximately 320,000-square-feet, a central utility plant for the campus, a fully equipped imaging center and over 2,300 ground level parking spaces.

The buildings are cast-in-place concrete structures with brick, metal and glazing for the exterior panels. Two of the hospital’s primary features are a southeast facing two-story glass atrium main entry and west facing mountain views from each patient room.

Saunders continued to provide renovations and remodels in the facility to meet the growing demands of the hospital. These projects were completed while facility remained open and operational.
