Jody Cole has dedicated her career to Saunders, working in accounting before moving to safety and benefits. She has led Saunders’ people services department since 2007, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and organizational development. Cole has been integral in establishing Saunders’ overall corporate culture, and spearheaded initiatives to improve the employee experience like providing access to mental health resources, establishing equitable compensation and benefits packages, and implementing programs to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
Cole is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRP) from the Human Resource Standards Institute (HRCI) and a Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
